I have trouble drawing a direct line to Biden administration policies on this one. Could’ve potentially happened under any POTUS. If it was a planeful of migrants with bogus asylum claims that went down as it was flying up to Chicago, by all means blame Biden.
Obviously the tact Biden and and that other useless shitbag Mayorkas have taken means shifting most resources from interdiction to processing asylum claims so perhaps a large number of these migrants could have been apprehended and turned back under an administration with a more sensible and humane border policy.

In all likelihood these people were over the border before boarding the truck, the chance of a truck that size filled with migrants getting through a border checkpoint is minuscule.
So yes, border security failed and the organized crime that capitalizes on the porous border lead to these peoples deaths.
In hindsight I bet these people would have chosen cages.
So migrants jumped on a smuggling truck AFTER they were already smuggled in...and then died in that truck even though they supposedly were 'already past the check points which required the smuggling in the first place' when they got on the truck.

I guess the investigation will find out, but it’s much more plausible they were told to cross the border on foot at a certain weak point and then hopped on transport (the truck) to their ultimate/ next destination.
You don’t exactly cross the border and then walk to wherever you ultimate destination is.
