I agree with that decision. I think judicial review is an inherent part of separation of powers and checks and balances.

I do too. But our friends across the aisle continue to lie for votes and claim (example) that the court must be expanded because GOP-appointed justices ignore the law and rule only in a pro-GOP manner. Their deluded puppets across the land and internet accept and parrot that lie despite case after case after case proving otherwise.I agree with that decision. Of course the courts must stay in their lane and review only those issues within their scope. The judges must resist the temptation to act as a super legislative body.
