This bears much resemblance to his reaction to Ukraine and Russia not playing along with his attempts to broker a ceasefire there.
First Ukraine wouldn't do what he wanted, then Putin wouldn't....and he admonished them both for defying him. Now Iran and Israel have both defied him, too.
In both instances, he had boastfully declared that he'd solved the problem. And both times he was made to look like a fool when it became evident that he hadn't. And his reaction is angry language like this. Or bringing in Zelenskyy to humiliate him in front of the cameras.
When is he going to realize that he's not dealing with landowners, contractors, tenants, municipalities, other developers, etc.? The likes of Putin and Khamenei aren't going to just do whatever he says. They aren't going to make any kind of "deal" (God, I hate when he uses that term).
