Rhoades spoke at length about the need to build a culture at Penn State following a loss to Michigan State on Feb. 14.

“We got beat today by a team with a culture. Period,” Rhoades said after the loss to the Spartans. “It’s a well-established culture, as we all know about it, and probably the best in the Big Ten. That’s where we got to get to someday”
