BM is much more likely to be a Cig type hire than was Archie.
Archie had a few good, not great, seasons at Dayton. It seems everyone that has coached there has had mild success
McCollum on the other hand, has like 4 DII nattys and in his first yr up, has Drake at something like 16-2.
Now, compare BM to Schertz, a guy most of us like. Schertz also busted it and worked his way up, but his first yr at St Louis so far has been mild success compared the BM’s transition
BM looks the part and seems to have a SYSTEM that he can implement anywhere, much like Cig.
