I think probably like 22-12 most years. Mostly make the tourney but likely never go super far. He was the safe no skeletons hire which is very important to IU. They may want to win championships but only with guys who have zero baggage.

Go be an Ole Miss fan and take up the righteous cause for Beard. Clearly there was enough on Beard that Dolson was uninterested after looking into him. Beard inherited a better situation than Devries and had a worse outcome in his first year. I'm optimistic.

I think Woodson's practices were 20 minutes on, 10 off, 20 on.

Devries probably has a different schedule in mind.
