It's the primary flaw of this property.

Luckily, it turned out to not be the stove. I was actually standing at the stove the last time it beeped, and I could tell it was actually coming from the laundry room. Time to replace the backup battery in the FIOS, is all.

Why they needed to make the FIOS beep sound exactly like a Whirlpool oven beep is beyond me. That's like how radio commercials sometimes use realistic sounding sirens, and you're all, "WTF?" looking around for the cops in the rearview mirror. There should be laws against stupid shit like that.
