A 2 in Lexington, 3 in Norman, and 3 in Louisville.

Looks like we are pretty well locked in to a 2/3 (barring a horrific collapse). RPI sitting at 30 (probably will drop a bit even if we sweep this weekend). Overall SOS at #12.

Looking good! Go Hoosiers!!
Yeah, we can't afford to go into a funk against the Buckeyes. This will be the end of the season for O$U, so you know they will want to go out on a positive note and be a spoiler to some extent.

A series loss to Ohio State would probably hurt IU's chances of having a regional in close proximity (i.e. going Norman instead of Louisville or Lexington).

Maybe, but I bet the committee will put us in Louisville regional since we are only 1 of 7 teams (right now) to beat them this year. They like storyline matchups, and the fans will travel well.

They send teams like Michigan (40-12) with a RPI of 32 with a noncon SOS of 143 and overall SOS 132 out west. Because? Who did they play, and did they challenge themselves?

Agree w Lew. NCAA is a marketing group first. They like matchups that create interest and revenue. So let's be positive. We win series at OSU and return to B town to kick a little butt in BIG tourney. We'll be in Kentucky somewhere.
Go Hoosiers!

Refundable hotel reservations are a beautiful thing
