sounds like the former director of basketball operations is being set up as the fall guy. I'm sure Pitino will issue a statement suggesting that he had no idea this was happening and how disgusted he is by it.

I know a couple guys who played for Louisville in the not so distant past. Those dudes are like NBA players down there and have it made. This doesn't surprise me whatsoever and frankly, I don't care at all! My dad has friends who were heavily recruited in the early 70's and this stuff was going on then and forever will be

JaQuan Lyle might have received an improper benefit during his UL visit. If true, it was effective since he gave them a verbal commitment to UL after his special visit. I should have seen this coming.
In another article, OSU say Lyle should not get in trouble with the NCAA as a result of anything UL is accused of doing. It is okay to get a hooker during a recruiting trip, but you get a suspension if your guardian gets some stickers from the Varsity Club?

This is something I know quite a bit about considering my stepfather and his brother were the ringleaders.
My stepfather ended up being a good friend of Knights, although it was a love/hate relationship as is normal for RMK.
Maybe this is all a nefarious plot brought on by OSU. Aaron Craft was committed to Tennessee before he committed to OSU and ultimately helped bring Bruce Pearl down. Now a similar situation is playing out with JaQuan Lyle and Rick Pitino. Maybe Thad Matta is an evil genius.
And for any of you dolts who think I'm serious, I'm not.
