Losing both sides of the line of scrimmage

Our pass offense is pretty good, and our pass defense is pretty good, but against Ohio State and more concerningly Louisville we lost both sides of the line of scrimmage in the run game. If you look at Allen's tenure, poor line play on both sides of the ball has been the one consistent problem across coaches. Under Bostad the pass blocking has improved and on the other side the pass rush has improved but when we need to run and when we need to stop the run we usually can't. Football is really hard when you can't run or stop the run.

The loss of outside contain on D is really bothering me. It’s been a real issue.
