Wish him luck. Will never be physically strong enough to play in BIG I think. Not sure how he was in Rivals 150. Open spot to go after Brunk. Brunk averaged 7.5 points and only played 46% of the minutes. OSU had a transfer I saw also.

Not a surprise at all and I was shocked it did not happen after last season. I think there one more player I can think of who needs to follow him.

Swapping out Moore for Brunk would be an upgrade.

Moore would be a better fit at a mid-major.

Need a grad transfer who can shoot who is a 2 guard if Romeo leaves for the NBA as expected.

Yes he did. He’s always wrong. That’s why he never makes predictions but says after the fact that he knew all along. He has no idea.
I know I cannot believe people pay 10 bucks a month for his so called nuggets. You can get any of the information he says for free on other sites.

If the speculation is Anderson, I think he should stay. He's been given zero opportunity, I'd rather see Race transfer … is basically a junior, can't stay healthy, and contributes nothing. Very little ceiling, he's just not Big 10 caliber … as most of our roster isn't, but his inability to contribute or improve stands out.

I'd go with Anderson..
He looks as lost as Moore did..
Thompson has the body to be at least a good junk around the basket guy. Rebound & bang along with it.

Yes Anderson should move on. He is totally lost on the court and that is not getting fixed in a summer. I simply do not think he is big ten level plus his so called lights out shooting is awful.

The same Race that people kept saying all year just wait til we get race back. Race is going to give us big minutes, etc? That race?

But I would agree the guy cannot stay healthy.

Go find a great shooter. I'd love to have 5 guys like Ty Jerome (Virginia). Dude knows how to play.

Don’t reply to much on here, just spend my time laughing at some of the ignorance. After the PU win it was as a great laugh to come here and read. This however regarding Race is a top notch ignorant statement if I’ve ever seen one. Kudo’s to your lack of basketball sense.....

My intention is not to spread rumors, however I did some hear some stuff today. I heard Clifton Moore, Smith And Damezi are leaving and probably Green. Brunk is leaning IU, along with Ashton-Langford from Providence and possibly Lewis from Alabama to replace them. Also there was some drama and Green punched Romeo and the reason he was suspended. I never know what to believe but I can say this came from a former player. It would also make sense, considering what has happened through the season, and the team not caring for about 15 games. Take it as you want, I was not there, but being that we are here to get info on the team I thought I would share.

Agree with you phatty. Granted he had trouble staying healthy this year but Race knows how to play the game. People forget we don't win the Wisc game without him coming in and guarding Happ when Morgan was in foul trouble.

That would explain Archie’s look of disdain at the mention of Green at a press conference.

How is getting a concussion in practice and having the flu (UNC starter got it this week) him "not staying healthy "??? Just dont understand that thinking.

whatever the drama was..My assumption is that it had to do with Romeo one way or another.

I really do not think Green would leave given he will be a starter playing major minutes. As for Anderson he should leave and find a mid major to play at. He is so out of his league at IU.

Where do you get Lewis is leaning to IU? His list is a mile long.

Can't teach height. Still think he has tons of potential yet to be realized. He was brought in by the last coach, cause that guy didn't ever have real backup plans for recruiting misses. Wish him the best!

The only way Green is going anywhere is if he graduated and can play immediately or wants to play in the D-league. I doubt Anderson would leave, as he knew PT would be limited until he develops, anyway. I could see the other two (especially since Smith doesn't shoot well enough to play the 3 in the B10 and isn't a 4 in any league with size). Dissappointed if Moore is really gone, but wish him the best of luck! He still has loads of potential if he can put it together, and he could bang in some of these less physical conferences....

Clifton Moore? Didn't he play The Saint in an old TV show and do a couple of 007 movies?

It is a move that is best for everybody. Archie gave Clifton a couple of years, and he just isn't developing like he should.

Romeo or Green? Who would you rather have back. Green straight up balled out the last 5 games or so. I think he comes back and Romeo goes to NBA. Maybe they have mended their relationship and Romeo comes back.

A lot of this seems doubtful.

Latest on Watford appears to be there is little chance for him to come here. He's Lewis' AAU buddy, so I thought our best shot there was getting both. Seems very doubtful that Lewis is leaning toward IU, and haven't seen it stated anywhere else.

A-L just announced, and I mean just announced, that he was leaving Providence.....so I wonder if he's leaning anywhere, let alone to IU. If there is any genuine interest, for those who don't know, he was a top 40 national recruit who has been 2 years at Providence. His #s, offensively, defensively, ball-handling there have been quite poor.

Damn, I'm not a big Romeo fan, but to question whether it would be better to have RL or Green back? Wow.
