We've considered moving over there. It's a GREAT part of the island. Kailua Beach Park probably top 3 beach park on the island!

yea it is laughable to compare Lander to Kidd at this point. I agree he has potential and he appears to have good vision but his pass accuracy is nowhere near even an average point guard at this point let alone a Kidd. Hopefully over a year or two he develops into something special.
Being honest you really can’t even compare him to Ivey. Ivey is a major contributor to a 4 seed in the tournament. Most IU fans don’t even think Lander should be on the floor yet for a bottom tier IU team.
I walked over there as well. No amenities, which is frustrating when you have two kids that will definitely need to shower off. Lanikai is a great area though - less crowded for sure.Lanikai is better
Starting around Kuliouou all the way around up to Kahana Bay is just awesome.
Took my son over to Laenani Park last weekend - I still dream he grows up to play for Purdue, or if not Purdue wife and I are hoping he does it for the islands like Avea or Ng have.
Maybe IU can be his fallback school
The new staff has to re-recruit Lander, along with TJD (who may go pro) and the 5 other IU players in the portal.
Or the new staff can let them all walk and fill in all of the gaps with some fresh blood.
Bottomline the prioritization of Lander may be answered before summer practices even start.

Definitely will need to improve upon that if he's gonna be in the lottery. But what's encouraging for him and Purdue fans is:
1 He was approx 40% from 3 in HS on high volume
2 Missed around a month of start of season with foot injury but after returning I believe he shot above 35% his last 10 games or so
Wife or not, if you're routinely placing multiple + $1,000 wagers (sportsbooks or otherwise) yes, I'd say you're a high-roller. I understand it's all relative because to me I keep nearly all wagers in only a $20-$100 range.
@Cavanagh.13 may talk some sh*t sometimes but to his credit he's backed it up...especially when it comes to sports wagering. I have also seen when he's taken his lumps, he's taken them like a man and I respect that. So it's not like he's one of those gambling buddies where all you only hear about are the wins

I’ll take Ivey over Romeo every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Better athleticism, basketball iq, passer, scorer, defender and will also be a better pro.
I’d take Romeo at either level. Completely disagree on Ivey being more athletic or having a better basketball IQ. There are no stats that backup your assertion that Ivey is a better scorer, passer, or defender.
Ivey is a shorter Romeo with far less length and a worse shooter.
I wouldn’t expect a Purdue fan to know what a good pro would look like since you haven’t had any good pros this century outside of Carl Landry in 07.
