IMO the most urgent, immediate need is for a new indoor practice facility. Not only would it have the greatest positive impact on recruiting, it would replace a facility that may very well have a negative impact on recruiting at this point in time.

What is honestly the problem with the Mellencamp facility? I get that's it's a little older, but it's a full size indoor field, what is it missing that's so crucial to have for today's recruits? Unfortunately we don't have a lakeshore handy so that we can build one like Northwestern.
