About two years ago, I went to my wife's work to drop off some medical forms for the kids. She was in the lobby, talking to some customers who were finishing up their meeting (she was escorting them out). She introduced me. We small talked for 10 minutes.
Two years later now, I couldn't tell you their names, what product they sold, or what they were meeting with my wife about.
I'm can say confidently that I know nothing about my wife's business with those gentlemen (outside of I know what product my wife's company provides). If you asked me about knowing about my wife's business, I could give you generalities and no specific information. I would say, "I have no knowledge of my wife's business dealings". Then you come back to me and say, "But here, we have documented proof that you met these guys."
My response would be, "Oh. OK. Yes. That's true. Guess what, I still have no knowledge of my wife's business dealings."
You are making assumptions about influence. They may be true, but you need to have more than what you've got so far to truly convince anybody.

Perot made a claim about dirty politics concerning threats of pictures or something concerning his daughter. There were no pictures ever produced, no names, no nothing. Perot came off as nutty. Screwed himself. Never had a chance anyway.

I do not know if Biden has committed a crime or not, but I do know in 40 plus years in Washington he has never been indicted and faced trial for a crime. Four years in office for your hero Trump and:
Three Grand Jury indictments and two pending.
His company fined for tax fraud which his CFO Allan Wiesselberg plead guilty and then sent to prison.
Trump found guilty by a jury of sexual abuse.
17 former Trump attorneys sanctioned since 2020 election.
9 members of his campaign/administration found guilty of committing a felony.
First president in American history who failed to execute a peaceful transfer of power and overturn an election.
You do a lot of talking about the "Biden crime family" without the slightest evidence necessary to take to a grand jury and indict him or they would have already done just that. If he is guilty then charge him and put him in front of a jury instead of talking about it for the last four years.

Again, and the transcript will bear this out, Hunter called Joe,and it was 20 times over the 10 yr period that Hunter and Archer were business partners. Again what Archer said was that Hunter would call Joe from dinner and they would talk on speakerphone when it was evening in Ukraine or elsewhere in Europe and 2 or 3 in the afternoon in DC or Delaware.
They basically were checking in with each other, and they talked every day. Archer said that there were just 20 or so times that Hunter was having dinner with others,and probably tried to impress them by calling his dad the VP.
Again there was only 1 House member who stayed thruout the entire 3+ hours, so others are relying on hearsay, or bits and pieces of Archers testimony they personally witnessed. Since the Dems are eageer for the transcript to be released and the Pubs are delaying it saying it has to be screened, that gives you a pretty good idea of who is acurately portraying what Archer actually said...
When you see loudmouths like Andy Biggs and Gym Jordan running away from microphones, you know they didn't get the results they wanted...

Can't speak for anyone else, but I had already heard that bit of news from watching Fox news reporting on the Archer interview. So what, it's not a crime and it certainly doesn't implicate JB in anything. Archer was on the Burisma board before Hunter, and it was Archer who suggested to them to hire Hunter, likely because they were in business together so it would double their firms income...
Again the controversy with Zlochevsky/ Burisma was that as Ecology Minister from 2010-12 he (Zlochevsky) had arranged for companies he owned (including Burisma) to get oil and gas leases illegally. When Yanukovych was forced to flee to Russia, minsters who had been part of the government (like Zlochevsky) were left high and dry.
Yanukovych fled with $$ Millions in stolen funds, and other oligarchs like Zlochevsky were desperately trying to keep the new Govt (along with the US and UK) from uncovering the hidden funds and returning them to Ukrainian citizens...
This occurred before Hunter B was hired, which IIRC was April 2014. Ukraine went thru a number of PGs whose job it waas to track down and confiscate the funds. They were seemingly all corrupt, but Shokin may have been the worst because he was friendly with all the oligarchs and they were able to bribe him to look the other way. Zlochevsky had been named a wanted financial criminal and by the end of 2014 he had fled the country to avoid prosecution and settled in Cyprus...
In spring 2015 Zlochevsky attempted to transfer $$$ Millions of funds he had been hiding in Ukraine to his new home in Cyprus. The British Govt intercepted the wire and froze the funds, hoping to recoup the funds and return them to the Ukrainian Govt. However when they contacted Shokin's office and requested for him to send the evidence and documentation they needed to permanently confiscate the funds, Shokin refused to cooperate. Even worse his office sent notification to Zlochevsky's attorneys saying he had not committed a crime and was not wanted and as a result the Brits were forced to release the funds and they went on to Cyprus.
Again this is all contained in the US Ambassadors Sept 2015 speech to the Economic Forum when he called out the corruption in Shokin's office and demanded that reforms should be instituted. Reformers within Ukraine started to demand that Shokin be fired and replaced with someone who wasn't corrupt. That was also official policy and that is why when Biden demanded in Dec that Shokin be fired his response to Poroshenko's saying you're not the President (Obama) was to tell Poroshenko to "call him".
The idea that any of the oligarchs,esp Zlochevsky wanted Shokin fired is ludicrous. The last thing any of them wanted was for Shokin to be replaced by a pro-Western honest official that they would not be able to bribe. Shokin was basically the oligarchs inside guy, which is why all the reformers in Ukraine, as well as the US,UK,and IMF all wanted him fired...
Dude that is old news, the dates on the articles were from 2020, and they were investigated by the Senate committee (GOP) in 2020. It's misleading to refer Baturina as "Russian" as she owns businesses in UK and I believe she lives in London. All of this was before Biden was hired by Burisma, and I'm pretty sure 60 minutes had a feature on her back in 2019 or 20. Again, old news and you can bet Rudy and Trump looked into that when they tried to frame Biden...
Which is another reason Lev Parnas should be allowed to testify in front of these "truth seeking" GOP oversight clowns...

Why do you think the GOP Senate is so quiet and not jumping on the Comer Bandwagon? Biden made an offhand comment about not discussing Hunter's business dealings in the middle of a DEBATE, and some of you act like he stood on a stack of bibles and deliberately lied.
I mean it's amazing how you people are so wrapped up in the claim that Biden lied about something that isn't even a crime, but you have no problem with Trump lying to try and cover up an ACTUAL crime. When there is an audio tape, and witnesses that would have had to bring the incident to the DOJ's attention in the first place. There is no way the DOJ would even know about the incident in Bedminster (which happened before the DOJ was even brought into the case) if SOMEONE hadn't informed them about what happened that day...
