I have owned this for about 10 years. A $5 garage sale pickup at my place of employment. Silver plated serving tray from the '68 Rose Bowl. I am fairly confident it belonged to Mr and Mrs Bill Armstrong, as it appeared at the sale shortly after her passing. Has anyone seen one of these before? I thought I'd at least share for some summer conversation.
