Dupe, dupe, duped again. First you don’t know the meaning of the word. Second, it’s certainly not the people who are following the rule of law who are the traitors. It’s the people who were scheming for over a year to overturn the election.
Why in the world wouldn't she be in a good mood. Her subordinate Prosecutors are doing an excellent job of conducting the case against the defendants who have all basically looked like idiots on the stand and in their taped depositions.
Habba doesn't even seem to understand how an actual trial works, as she was complaining about the fact that James was observing rather than actively participating.Then last week she complained because the Judge directed Trump to answer yes/no questions posed to him during the presentation of the State's case, and stpop wandering off on a meaningless tangent.
It's like she is totally unaware that the Defense team can ask him their choice of questions to give him the oppty to bloviate on when they present the DEFENSE case. Case in point reports are that today Jr attempted to discuss his "rags to riches" legacy and basically present a slide show with pics of Fred touting what a great organization he built.
The Prosecution objected over relevancy, but the Judge allowed Jr to meander along for a while, and this exchange struck me as funny...

I have no objection to it, but they’re not. I’d be good with televising all of them. Americans should see more of the guy the Trumpsters want to nominate at trial.

Easy to see why that might be. She's likely curious, and wanted to get an idea of whatever pathetic defense the TCF would present. Also they likely were able to preview the other witnesses and know how their testimony would go. But she likely was curious as to what the "kids" would say, and whether or not the Prosecution would need to make adjstments to their strategy based on what the Gambozos presented in court...
Amazing that a state AG would spend any time on this trial - that's what Habba was complaining about. She only shows up when a Trump is testifying. How obvious is it that this is 100% political?

It makes no sense. Trump and Grinnel were going to do away with the international court and let the countries handle it btwn themselves. Smith interfered. Guy has issues obviously.

Well, for one, he said that Smith slapped some charges on the guy after 20 years of fruitless investigations. But that's not what happened. The special court was created in 2016 specifically to look at KLA leadership that had avoided charges that hit those lower down on the food chain during earlier, domestic investigations. Within a few years, they had charges against KLA leaders. There's no indication that the charges came out of nowhere (if anything, they probably should have been charged before by Kosovo courts), and there's no indication the international court was in any danger of shutting down if they didn't produce. They were doing exactly what they had been tasked to do.

No, they found plenty to convict (allegedly), but simply failed to prosecute. The special court was set up specifically to go after the KLA leaders who had avoided prosecution due to apparent friendly treatment by domestic officers.

No, he slapped charges on the guy - and four others - after three years of investigations.
But the investigations had been going on for a lot longer than that. What's the lie?
He portrayed it as the end of a long investigatory process that was about to get shut down. But it wasn't. It was a relatively new process that had been set up precisely because the previous process failed to produce charges against KLA leadership.
