Interesting Super Bowl fact...

Well PSU and OSU do have 2 of the top 3 or so backs in the NFL. And who is the last Michigan RB to do anything in the NFL?

Tev was definitely still hurting. Don't think he played in 2H. Mostert filled in for him well

Mostert had a breakout season after shuffling around to something like 7 NFL teams. The guy played for Hazell and never really found traction because the Hazell offense was a train wreck but the guy had talent. No question. Tevin was out of the game after his 11 yard run. Still was injured. Both backs looked like they would be a nice one-two punch all night long and then the run game stopped.

Of all the RBs in the game, the guy who stood out was #44, the fullback from Harvard. This shows you that every college team has some talent on its roster.
To add on this this, the TE, George Kittle from Iowa, I don’t even recall him from the Big Ten days? His stats for 4 years at Iowa show a total of like 715 receiving yards. Compare that to Peyton Hendershot who has 757 yards in 2 years.

There is talent that gets into the NFL that were backups in college.

No wonder I don't remember the guy during his Purdue days. He apparently didn't have the same Leroy Keyes-type impact.
