Flipping through channels and Illinois state vs southern Illinois is on. Illinois state has candy stripe shorts. And they look terrible. Like absolutely awful. Something a third grader would come up with.
Now maybe I'm biased as I do own a pair of candy stripe pants but how can they get away with this? I would think IU has some sort of copyright. And also do the candy stripes really look that bad from a unbiased perspective? Because as shorts these look ridiculous. Do other programs like UNC, Duke, Kansas, etc see our stripes as silly?
