Yes, Ukraine has no other way of getting a ship. Explain how Russia hasn't conquered their wooden tanks and wooden drones?

It isn't hard in the US for an organization with money to get a boat. Hell, some German company may well have rented it to them in an ironic twist. How many men do you think it would take? The pipeline is 80 meters down or so. If you have a diving license you can pay, hop a catamaran, and dive down to the Tirpitz at 75 meters. So it isn't anything close to impossible to get to that pipeline. It wouldn't take one hundred men, an aircraft carrier, and restricted high tech equipment.

Story has it Elez gained admin access before being cut off by the judge yesterday. Anyone with admin access could plant virtually anything into a server. So one would want a thorough computer system search if one has reason not to trust the admin.
