Of course, I didn't play golf because our course is closed until spring.
I remained on the cart paths the entire time and thoroughly enjoyed walking our relaxing course that is situated in the country. Birds were tweeting everywhere and I saw a lot of other wildlife. I also had to walk up a lot of steep hills because our course is hilly. It also has a lot of trees and several ponds.
Originally, I was planning to actually walk and play 18 holes at our city course this morning because it wasn't going to be open today or tomorrow according to a notice on the door to the pro shop. I have a membership there that takes me through the end of 2024, so I stretched at home and made the eight-minute drive expecting to play golf quickly by myself. Unfortunately, the course was open and crowded for some reason.
My wife's side of the family is coming for a feast at our house this afternoon. At least, I got in my exercise.
