Yes, agreed. Every single one of us would do well to at least make a good faith effort to view everybody else as the unique individuals that we all are - good, bad, and in between.
There’s a reason that the “content of their character” quote is probably MLK’s most famous. Notice he wasn’t saying that we shouldn’t judge people. We should. But a person’s race (or ethnicity, religion, etc) is not an element of their character.
Nobody should look down on a large group of people on the basis of a common superficial characteristic.*
* With the possible exception of Billboard Lawyers.
