Tommy Rees? Young guy but quite a bit of experience already. Probably as in tune with the “new” NCAA football climate. Feel like he could bring in some coordinators that are younger and ambitious. No head coaching experience. If he’s looking for a stepping stone, this may not be the place. But my sense is this is the kind of direction they will go.
Between him, the Michigan OC and Justin Frye, if we go the younger no head coaching experience route, I feel like they are all good options.
