Not to minimize the old guy's pain, but if you read the article, they pushed him and scratched his face, then he finished his shift, and only after that, did he go to the hospital and get a note from the doctor excusing him from two days' work.
Anyone here who has ever had employees knows what's up with that.

They actually are Assad supporters. I mean, that doesn't mean you get to kill civilians, of course, but this isn't just a slaughter of innocents. The Assad loyalists started an uprising.
Meanwhile, the Syrian government condemned any of their own who went too far and attacked civilians, and then also agreed to a crucial deal with the Kurds.
Of course, file all of this under "I'll believe it when I see it." But if this actually pans out, it could be very stabilizing for the region.

Although mind enhancing drugs have been used throughout history by certain warriors. Many were drunk as hell to get the courage to go into battle back in ancient times, for example. Germans were known to use speed during WW2.

Meanwhile, protestors are not only supporting anti-Israel, but are literally proclaiming Islamic Jihad to take over various places across the Western world. And if that weren't enough, this is a religion that is responsible for 33,769 Islamist attacks that killed at least 167,096 people between 1979 and 2019. We know those figures are now too low, based not only on Hamas' attack, but various other attacks the past couple of years.

Is there any other cause that is even close to having this much of a detrimental impact across the globe? Is it racist to feel like Islam and its followers are a lost cause? Obviously the majority of Islam followers are probably not bad people and are getting a bad rap.

We exported the openness of American society to Europeans and they cannot handle it.
America needed to be open, because there weren’t enough ornery and bored Anglo-saxons lying around England to settle and defend an entire continent.
Europe’s tiny nation states needed to remain closed off.
France should be for the French, England should be for the English, Germany should be for the Germans.
People think diversity is only the American melting pot structure. To me, diversity is when I go to Ireland and the people there are actually Irish.
Losing distinct cultures is not a good thing.
How many of those happened in the West, and how many happened in the Muslim countries where those groups are based, I wonder?
