How do I post a photo on this forum?....

I did it years ago but I can't remember how I did it without a link to something like Photobucket.

The "Help" section on this site is useless... all it will "help" with is billing... no instructions on posting photos.

The pic is on my laptop....

Any suggestions??? Thanks.

You'll have to upload it to some image sharing site. Then you click the Paste Image button in the toolbar of the composition window and paste the link to the picture in the box.

Yes there is no way to directly upload an unmoderated photo
