only hit in one bunker all day but it was full of water so it was unplayable.

If you are playing by REAL rules, you have to hit out of the

water-filled bunker or take a stroke penalty and drop out of it. Our bunkers are draining well now because they recently redid them.

A free drop out of casual water is permitted, must be in the same bunker though. If entire bunker has water you can drop where you get most relief within the bunker

filled with water, you still have to either play out of it or take a one-stroke penalty to drop out of it.

Where did i say you could step outside the bunker?

You can drop WITHIN the bunker, where there is the least amount of water.

I think you misread it. It says you can drop within the bunker

without a stroke, but it is a stroke penalty if you drop outside the bunker.

No you misread....where in my post did I say you could free drop out of a bunker. A bunker is a hazard....of course you don't get a free drop from a hazard
