What the heck is the bitching even about? I read this forum often and haven’t seen anyone predicting even starting spots for the incoming freshman.
Hood-Schifino is an incredibly highly rated recruit which is good but I think almost everyone would be surprised if he starts next year. We have a great class of recruits in most people’s opinion, but I am certainly not seeing any of the instant impact predictions that are being talked about here. Looks to me like the always negative people just invented yet another thing to whine and complain about.
If you want to bitch about over reactions go back a read the threads after pretty much every single loss.

There's as much reason to believe he starts as there is that he doesn't.
Why anyone is trying to determine where he sits in a rotation we don't know yet, while probably never seeing him play, is just silly.
Davis wasn't as in over his head, near as much as much of IU nation wasn't ready for a coach not named RMK, or a black coach.

Patterson not Jurkin were near 5 star status. IIRC, 3 star at best. And April wasn’t a 5 star either. In fact, I doubt he was even top 250. And nobody expected some big things out of them. Nothing more than a hope that they could be diamonds in the rough.
Bailey is just like Fpeaugh in that he likes to invent drama and even flat out lie so he has a reason to bitch about IU.
Hopefully when Fife lands a job he'll follow him to that program. Dude isn't happy unless he's griping about something. Sad way to live.
