I though we were going on the theory that the US Constitution only bans someone from serving two consecutive terms, as Trump’s were two non consecutive terms therefore he can run again in 2028.

Perhaps other than my contention, that AR15s, AK47s, and the like have no meaningful purpose in the hands of civilians and should be regulated like a bazooka or an M134.
I know that requires a definition of what it means to be "like an AR15 or AK47" and we could sure use the efforts of gun enthusiasts, tired of kids being mowed down in schools, to get the definition right & effective
