As I recall it was a high profile player who hit a pedestrian in downtown Bloomington one evening and then took off. I don't recall any follow-up in the news. Anybody remember the details?

I thought I heard the player wasn’t involved.

In February 2021, there was an OWI involving Jaylin Williams but no hit and run. Later, in June 2021, there was a hit and run involving the same Jeep but no driver identified.

Are you talking about last summer's situation that was reported to possibly involve Jaylin? That was prior to last season and I think it was determined he wasn't involved or nothing came of it?

That turned out to be a nothing burger but glad they looked into it.
