I’m not gonna worry even a little bit about any of our guys that hit the portal. I’m confident they know their playing time will be very limited.

If I'm being honest, underclassmen will struggle to get in until they're juniors or seniors. If JUCO isn't going to count against you, I wouldn't blame kids for going that route to get PT, add muscle and not exhaust any eligibility. Seems like the smartest play in this new developmental league.

Seems like a lot of IU guy's who leave go to Miami of Ohio. I know Ty Wise ended up there and some others. When looking at the past few years, I am surprised how many of our transfer outs are going to MAC or lower level. Does make you think they realized they aren't either able to or willing to do what it takes to compete at the Big 10 level. But it is also an interesting concept for a guy to go down, get the experience and playing time and then with one or two years left, jump back up. If that happens what would prevent some sort of alignment with lower level programs to almost be a farm team to the bigger levels.
