You guys are both using the definition of the wrong term. It doesn't say attack on "democracy."
Honestly, what should bother us with judges is that putting a (D) or (R) next to the name is a fairly good indicator of how they will adjudicate.

In a traditional race would have been Palin vs Peltola, and Peltola would have won anyway.
