That's the best play we have Archie??? Throw the damn ball inside to Morgan

Should've called a timeout when we crossed half court a few possessions ago. That's bad coaching.

Should have won it in regulation...but didn't because of bad guard play.

Almost lost it in overtime from bad guard play...TWICE!!

Don't know how you can blame anything on CAM.

Anyone who thinks that Archie said "okay guys get the ball ti Romeo and have him dribble around and fire up a desperation 3 with 3 seconds ago" should quit watching basketball. I am sure the plan was for him to drive, but they took it away.

I don't think it was a bad play. Bad shot yes, but not play call.

First, In Romeo, you have one of the best one on one finishers in the NCAA. He has proven over and over he can get to the rim or shake is man for a pull up. His conversion and foul rates in those scenarios are outstanding. He not only won the NW earlier in the year, but he just scored on the same 4 corner clear out the possession before.

Second, if you try to run action or get a post feed, you risk heavy denials and overplay. It increases the chance for turnovers and play breakdown.

He's your best player and you've just lost 7 straight. Put it in his hands and clear it out. Great call by Arch. Bad decision that Romeo will learn from.

Also if u throw it in, on the road, some BS charge call would be on my mind.

Romeo hits that 14 out of 10 times in New Albany. He just air mailed it tonight. Oh well. He’ll drill it next time.

I could walk through a game and Monday morning QB every single game to hell. What you are calling out is just stupid.

Great win, doesn't change that he should've used that timeout when they changed to the halfcourt trap. Gifted them possession and they hit a three.

Last play looked like what the Pacers did continually last season when they needed only one or two to win.

I would have gone to Davis.

If I am Izzo then I would have instructed to not let Davis score. Foul him if you have to because he can't hit free throws. Sure he hit 3 of 4 in the OT. But there is no guarantee he hits any at the end of regulation.
I don't know about that. If you remember, Davis buried 2 when we were down 2 very late against Northwestern as a freshman.
