Maybe true. And as “hardcore” and “far right” as these Republicans are labeled they’ve shown that the very idea of fiscal Conservatism makes them break out in hives.

It's the money. The powers that be want to continue their scam and the only way to do that with fiat is more people. Unfortunately, the fiat system leads to fewer children over time, especially of you're an atheist. The Sunni/Shia split is hard for me to fathom, until I think of Europe and the Catholics and the Protestants fighting for hundreds of years.
They are actually very different. The Shia/Sunni divide is more like the East/West great schism, in that it has very little to do with theology, and more to do with legitimacy and authority.

What's weird to me is that Trump is an actual felon and yet his MAGA cult lobs out claims of criminal activity like they're lollipops.
I'm just now starting to realize there may be a causal connection between two things that I would have assumed were unrelated: the rise of the Trump cult and the demise of daytime soap operas.
