It's time to start thinking about the 2004 OTF Awards, tentatively scheduled to be awarded the second Monday in January right here on the OTF. Here, as a reminder, are last year's categories and winners:

Poster of the Year: Aruss
Early Morning Poster of the Year: BigRedSpec
Late Night Poster of the Year: BleedCreamandCrimson
Biggest Lurker: Peegs
Best Rivalry: Kurt vs. Everyone
Best Alter-Ego: Little Lebowski (Where's Waldo)
Best Signature Changer: BleedCreamandCrimson
Biggest Techie: etecnifibre
Brain of the OTF: clubjockey
Best Milestone: Aruss 10000
Best Thread: 12/10
Best Thread Concept: H.O.T.T.
Best Kurt Handle: Mr Peegachov tear down this wall
Most Posted Beautiful Female: Tie: Catherine Bell/Britney Spears
Most Likely to Get Arrested in 2004: Little Lebowski
Most Likely to Get Fired for Looking up Porn at Work: Little Lebowski
Most Corrupt Admin: etecnifibre

This year, we'll do the same categories, as much as possible. We'll probably have to drop Best Kurt Handle, since that's not as much of a thing anymore, and the alter-ego craze has died down (thank God, if you ask me). But we're also willing to entertain ideas for new cetagories as well. If you would like to nominate someone, please send me an email. Consider these rules when you send me an email:

1. You may nominate as many people as you like for as many categories as you like.

2. The top five nomination-getters (plus ties) in each category will make the final ballot.

3. If you are nominating a new category, you should also nominate at least one, preferrably two or three, names for that category as well.

Nominations will CLOSE on Christmas Day. Final ballots will be prepared between Christmas and New Year's, and voting for the awards will occur between Jan 1 and 7. While the nominations are over email, the final balloting will be through an online poll, and completely anonymous.

Edit: Typo. Even though it will be 2005, these are apparently the 2004 OTF Awards, since they are awarded for performances in 2004.
