Get right game. Better come out with some real emotion after that last shit show performance. Great thing about college bball, long ass season. Hard to get 18-24 years olds up for every game. Edit 18-23 year olds. Our 24 year old, Miller, came to play. Earned respect for that one.

Small bet today until I see who dresses. I do think they cover this one regardless, but if JHS is playing I will bet more. Vegas fund needs replenished. ALL aBoard!!!

Nebraska just beat Creighton on the road by 10, this is too high. Should be more like 9.5

Thinking more on it, maybe a let down game after beating their rival for the first time in like 6 years. Plus Nebby gets Purdue after us this weekend and might focus more on trying to win that as a home game? 13 is still probably too high.

This line is correct if IU dresses their whole team, but who knows if they will. You've got the right strategy IMO.

Nebraska is going to make this board a dumpster fire. No one is talking about how they have been blowing teams out recently.
If IU plays their game, 78-65 good guys. If not? Nebraska wins 68-63. Ugly game.I hope i'm wrong.

Tough one...I've had some success lately with some single game parlays. Hit last night in the Iowa/Duke game. I can't pick anything with confidence for tonight though. And I usually stay away from IU games.

My gut is telling me this is going to be a tough game. Without a healthy JHS, I actually wouldn't be surprised at a loss. Nebraska continuing their very, very good play is just as likely as them coming back down.

Somehow Woody just needs to inspire a similar defensive effort to the UNC game. And he needs to not allow long stretches without good ball and player movement. If those 2 things are done well, we'll easily beat Nebraska. Obviously easier said than done though, as his teams have failed on one or both of those things a lot of times since he got here.

Yep, I have a lousy record betting on the teams I like. IU and the Colts have cost me a very minor fortune. That said, I think I'll pick the Cornholes tonight. You all can thank me after we pound them by 20.

Nebraska hasn’t had much success in basketball, so the win over Creighton was big. As a Husker fan, I can see a Nebraska hangover and a motivated IU team (after Rutgers) which could be a bad combo and the Hoosiers blow them out of Assembly Hall.

The only caveat with this Nebraska team that makes them dangerous, they seemed to FINALLY embrace playing defense for a change. But playing another ranked team on the road will be too much. My prediction:

Nebraska - 64
Indiana - 79

PS… I’ve been to Assembly Hall several times. Best memory: 1989 vs Illinois. Jay Edwards hits the ridiculous shot from behind the backboard to tie the game (stupid loud - we were hungover) and then Anderson hits the bomb to win.

Sorta as I expected. Too much too soon for Nebraska. Didn’t truly expect the final score to be within a few points of my prediction but IU is definitely the better team. Good luck the rest of the way.

Broke even. Lost on a Xavier prop bet. But then took Nebraska +19.5 under 7 minutes at some point. I’m not sure a Woody team has ever pushed a lead late in a game.

Good call. You almost had it on the nose.

I took IU giving the 12 1/2 and the over. Both worked comfortably.

Nebraska guy here.

Unlike previous years, Nebraska seems to have figured out some of the basics like free throws (74%), rebounding (41.5 RPG), and defense (65.4 PPG). But the schedule wasn’t too tough but they did what they had to do. They still go flying around and have a tendency to have those brain dead stretches while chucking the ball around like it’s kryptonite.

Last year I predicted IU to win 79-64 and the final score was 81-65. I feel differently this time around which means I will probably be way off.

I expect a tight game with multiple lead changes similar to the game against Michigan St. I hate to sound overly positive because Nebraska has a tendency to pee down their leg in these games but I predict 71-68 Nebraska.

Good luck and here’s to a clean game.
