Davis de committed from Louisville. 6’7” wing from warren central. Had us in his top 5. I think he is 139 in the class but seems like a good fit for what Woodson is looking for! Thoughts?

Lots of teams would have melted with those smothering defenses. That was the epitome of survive and advance. Intense as hell. 2 very well coached teams.

The BIG is really behind in quickness and athleticism. So apparent in the NCAA Tournament. Michigan & Ohio St are the only teams that are close. Need 2-3 good quick guards and bigger guys that shoot the 3 and slash, etc. Banging doesn’t work

That Coach Woodson wanted his own staff and not one assembled by the AD.
As i stated previously, this matrix management scenario was doomed from the start. The dynamics with Fife and the other assistant coaches must have been strained at best. The program needed / needs one voice as it was back in the day.
I am impressed once again with CMW's decisioning. Could it have been handled better? Yes most definitely! Fife is a big boy and can handle it and may find an opportunity down the road.

I'm sure the NC-double-a-holes have everything under control. Apparently you can cheat egregiously at certain schools (North Carolina, Arizona, LSU, Kansas, etc) but as long as Penny didn't make too many phone calls he should be okay. (RME)
