hopefully they move away from Fox sports, but with the SEC being locked up by ESPN, it seems unlikely.
As is the Big Ten doesn’t get the same coverage as the ACC or SEC from ESPN Talking Heads or media members
In general I find that FS one and Fox broadcasts to have lower quality.

At least in what I noticed last season, many of the FS1 broadcasts maxed at 720p

Ranking The Contenders: Four-Star Xavier Booker

Rivals national writer Rob Cassidy takes a look at the Xavier Booker recruitment.

I would move Indiana down a line here. But regardless I think Michigan State has a solid hold on this recruitment at the moment

Mike Woodson 2022 Summer Basketball Camps

IU Coach Mike Woodson To Hold Two Basketball Camps This Summer

If you know the story of how Indiana basketball coach Mike Woodson began his journey with the Hoosier program, you know that it began with attending a summer camp that was put on by Hall of Fame Coach Bob Knight. The youngster from Indianapolis had a chance to make an impression for the first time with his long-time mentor and thus a near half-century relationship began.

“One of the biggest thrills of my life was winning a contest at Coach Knight’s camp and being given a t-shirt for doing so,” noted the Hoosiers second-year coach. “After that, there really wasn’t any other place that I wanted go to college and there wasn’t a coach who I wanted to play for more than Bob Knight.”

Woodson will now have the chance to run his own camps in the Summer of 2022, with Day Camps for boys in Grades 2 thru 9, June 13-16 and June 20-23. The camps encourage a love and appreciation for the game and will have a staff which will include Hoosier coaches, players, and student-managers.

“If we can inspire someone and change the direction of their life then I feel like we will have accomplished what we set out to do,” added Woodson.

The Day Camp will emphasize fundamental skill development. The daily schedule will include individual instruction, small group instruction, contest and competitions, and 5-on-5 scrimmages. This is your opportunity to experience Coach Woodson’s basketball program up close. The Day Camp will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. Check in will begin on Monday at 8:15 a.m.

Cincinnati Reds manager David Bell

"I really have a lot of faith in our staff and our team to turn this around. That's a huge challenge. But I know it's going happen. That's the only focus I have. I haven't thought of anything else.''

Holy moly.

Not only is the Reds' 3-19 record the worst start in franchise history, it's also tied for the second-worst record through 22 games in baseball's Modern Era (since 1900), according to ESPN Stats & Information. Only the Baltimore Orioles, who started the season 1-21 in 1988, have had a worse record through 22 games.

Plus it may get worse. The Reds placed second baseman Jonathan India on the injured list, again.

Constitutional Theory - Apropos Today

So, I'm sitting home with kidney stones and a stent, waiting for removal, and taking pain meds. Awake at all the wrong hours, etc.

Watching C-Span 1, 2 or 3 as usual for a law nerd.

This one touched on a semi-relevant point:

https://www.c-span.org/video/?517257-1/lincolns-speeches

The question was about the "perpetuality" of the Union and Constitution at the time of the Civil War. Lincoln had long-argued that the Constitution does not provide for any "dissolution" or "secession" - to counter the argument of the Secesh that "we joined and we can quit, you tyrant bastard."

Small point, but worthy - the Articles of Confederation expressly referred to the "perpetual Union" of the colonies they were banding together. The Constitution made no references to such a "perpetual" Union, but DID state an attempt to form a "more perfect" union.

This same group also discusses some things that CRT and Project 1619 folks won't like - the redemptive and "sin cleansing" and "re-birth" impact of the Civil War on both the Constitution and white America's (North and South, inclusive) "sin" of slavery and paying the price ("woe") therefore. The conclusion was that the Constitution initially allowed slavery, then the war and post-amendments "fix" it - cleansed the original sin - and allowed the perpetual Union to move forward anew - in a manner akin to Christian "re-birth" ala Jesus.

It's worth 50 minutes.
