As the American Constitutional Republic writhes in it's death throes...

Nothing illustrates the slow, agonizing death of American justice than the continuing actions of the out-of-control Federal Law Enforcement Agencies.

January 25, 2019, 72 year old Roger Stone, Republican political consultant since the '60's, was attacked by nearly 30 heavily armed FBI agents at 6:00 am, accompanied by a boat in the water behind his home. Manned by armed agents with floodlights.

September 23. 2023, pro-life activist Mark Houck's home was the target of a pre-dawn raid by near two dozen FBI and Pennsylvania Law enforcement agents, outfitted in tactical gear, armed with automatic weapons and a battering ram, arrested him, took him to a federal facility where he was belly chained and wrist shackled to a table for six hours.

August 9th, 2023, 75 year old Veteran from Provo, Utah, was attacked in his home by FBI agents who used an armored vehicle to punch a hole in his home, murdered him in his home and dragged his mangled body to the sidewalk, where it was left for hours.

March of this year, Brian Malinowski. Executive Director Clinton National Airport was murdered in his home by an ATF assault team.

The Leviathan is at war with the American people.
It is undeniable.

Aliens Enemy Act of 1798

Tonight trump stated if he is elected, He will begin The Aliens Enemy Act of 1798. He would deport, attack, and hunt down to suspend the constitution and declare Marshall LAW. He would go after anyone who disagreed with him including me, Biden and the press. We ill become the Maga states of America. The Supreme Court gave him Immunity, we must stop him at the Ballot BOX. Project 2025 would get rid of the voting and civil rights of black and brown people. He would get rid of women's rights also. The sad thing is to hear all of the white people at the rally cheering for him. They do not realize. I heard someone say Rain falls on us all. He may attack me now, but what's to say he will attack you later?

Healthcare part 49275 - Fort Wayne

Years ago I posted a story that tracked healthcare costs not to overuse or anything like that but to competition. The story mentioned a rural area of Georgia served pretty much by one conglomerate that had some of the most expensive healthcare in the country. Meanwhile Chattanooga, labeled by one doctor the buckle of the stroke belt, had many hospitals and some of the lowest costs.

Now we move up to the land of Goat, Fort Wayne. The Guardian says it is the most affordable metropolitan area in the nation, but its healthcare is in the top 10%. Guess what, one facility dominates the region

I know many of us hate anything involving laws, but I have to wonder if we can cap the percentage of doctors employed by one facility in a region? There has to be some way to force competition. A city may not be big enough for 2 major hospitals, but then why let the hospital own all (or any) of the GPs and specialists? Only those who practice only in the hospital can be directly employed by the hospital?

Hoosier Hysteria B10+ TV coverage questions.....

I subscribed to B10+ on a cut rate deal about a month ago and haven't watched anything yet. I have VIP seating passes for Hoosier Hysteria but am thinking that I'd prefer to just stay home and watch it. My questions are:

1) Can I set it to record so that I can watch it after it starts at 7:30?

2) If not, if I join it live after 7:30 can I rewind to the beginning?

3) If not, are all B10+ shows available for viewing after the live broadcast is completed? And, if so, are programs available immediately or is there a significant lag before viewing is supported?

4) if not, why the hell did I subscribe to this s**t show? LOL

I've already discovered that smart TV platforms don't support downloading the app but I have a few Roku and Firestick options available for that.

Really just wanting to meet a friend for dinner and then head to the house to watch HH and don't want to be time pressured to be home by 7:30.

Anybody out there with B10+ experience?

Thanks!

But Let's Cancel Student Loans

What a bullshit law and crappy situation to put vets in. Pass a law and fix this or use the same magical powers of the presidency that allowed the cancelation of those loans.

Why everyone should think like a lawyer

Pretty interesting take on applying lawyer-think to business everyday life.

Scott Turow, an excellent legal fiction writer, described a legal education like this :

But legal education is not about specific cases or statutes. It is, as Mr Turow later understands, about processing a mountain of information and exercising judgment. It teaches how to infer rules from patterns, use analogies, anticipate what might happen next, accept ambiguity and be ready to question everything.
I mostly agree, especially the part about being ready to question everything. Particularly when group-think is involved. But should everybody think like a lawyer? Not at all. Not all lawyers think like a lawyer. Variety is good. But the independence lawyers bring to the table is important.
