Reports this Afternoon are that Josh Gaddis has left the OC Position at Michigan to take another OC Position. Apparently He sent a somewhat cryptic message to Michigan Players about no longer being wanted there. Apparently all is not well in the land of Maize and Blue.

One week of prep and this is what the guys have to show for it today?!? No energy, slow, and laziness got us into foul trouble. Poor shooting and an inability to defend the post allowed this to turn into a route. Two home blow outs in two weeks. Just garbage. Back to the NCAA bubble.

How does Kopp continue to get more than 10 min per game let alone start? He didn't even take a shot. He doesn't rebound, plays marginal D and really does nothing particularly well. If he isn't scoring what the heck is he doing out there? Bates should start getting more of his minutes and Leal should too. You can't tell me at this point that Kopp brings more to the table than Leal does.

The next four games will make or break this season. Northwestern will give us fits in Evanston on Tuesday. While I think we win, it will be a one or two possession game late.

Next four @Northwestern, @MSU, Wisconsin, @OSU.

I’d take 2-2 right now. 1-3 is more likely than 3-1 … no way we lose all 4, right?

Tuesday is a MUST win, IMO, to keep the goal of the NCAA within reach.

If we would have won the last two at home then Tuesday would not be so important.

I don't see wins at MSU, OSU or PU. HAVE to win the rest of the home games.

Hey @EarlTubbs and the rest of the Purdue fans that came here with their faux outrage about the “sloppy seconds” and “F You Haarms” chants…. What do you have to say about the Purdue students chanting “F You Dickinson”? Thought you guys were above that?

Or any other team that has a true center. TJD is 6’8 and a half. Asking him to guard 7 footers is not realistic. TJD plays like a true center, and that makes everyone think he should be able to play against the other good centers in our league. That is dumb.

TJD should not be the focal point of our offense if he is being guarded by an elite big. Since he has no outside shot, it is very easy for elite boys to contain him downlow. He can’t move Cockburn on the block, and it is stupid for us to ask him to try.

There is a reason we played our best basketball against PU an IL with him on the bench. However, he still should be on the floor, but our strategy has to change dramatically against these good bigs. O and D. Race did a far better job defending Cockburn when asked.
