It's forecasted to be 71 and thunderstorms for the 11 a.m. (ET) hour through the 12 p.m. (ET) hour with a flood watch for much of the day and with it tapering off around 6 p.m. ET. The wind at game time is expected to out of the SSW at 15-16 mph, and the wind is expected to build up as the day goes by, reaching the low 20 mph range in the late afternoon. Rain is supposed to be pretty much out of the area by the evening hours but the wind is expected to build up as the evening hours progress and could be around 33 mph around the 10 p.m. ET hour.
Starting pitchers:
It will be a couple of lefties going for each team. LHP Jordan Morales beat IU in Game 1 of their regular season series and he went 6.2 IP with six hits and two earned runs. LHP Ty Bothwell entered Game 2 of that series after the 4th in relief of Foley and he got the win while going 5.0 IP to end the game with five hits and no earned runs. Here are their season numbers:
