IU and MI

miles ahead of everyone else in the B1G in recruiting. Former players, strong nba ties, and all in on NIL.

I have predicted this for awhile, but I am more sure of it now than ever. IU is in a tremendous place right now with NIL and recruiting. The administration deserves a shit ton of credit for not pulling the typical IU. Way to go Hoosiers.

Future success of CTA at IU?

So we managed to land what appears to be a very good recruiting class in spite of our awful 2-10 season. Can CTA withstand another dismal season? My guess is not. I just don't see how he can keep landing solid recruiting classes if we don't have a big turn around in the fall of 2022. A winning record and bowl game plus being competitive on a weekly basis seems like a minimum requirement. The luster of our covid year season is gone and the nobody pays much attention or cares or believes your pitch if you ain't winning ball games.

I sure hope CTA and the team can turn things around in 2022 but I'm not overly optimistic based our implosion last season. Sure we had some injuries but so does every football team and the reality is that we stunk from game 1.

What say the rest of you gluttons for punishment IU football followers.......Can CTA turn things around in 2022?
