Why wouldn't IU spend more than most programs? Either you spend or you miss on most of the elite players. Isn't it good thing Woody had more to spend than Wisconsin?

I saw a quick interview with Gard and he said he doesn't blame these players for leaving, they're getting paid 3X's what Wisky pays. His tone definitely had a "sour grapes" note to it, but if they're that far behind NIL wise....that's on them.
