Based on exhausted eligibility and some 4th year juniors who went through Senior Day, here’s what we look at from scholarship chart:
QB - lose Lagow, return Ramsey and Tronti.
OL - return experience in Knight, Baker, Martin, Cronk, Litlejohn and Stepaniak. Also have Love, Nworah, Stover, Crider, Knight, Smith and Jones. Decent size, plus Jones is a mountain.
RB - Everybody back, plus Majette returns.
TE - Lose Thomas and Friend. Return Bonner, Dorris, Hendershot and Ziemba.
WR - lose J.Shun and Cobbs. Return Hale, Westbrook, Mack, Timian, Whop. Also have James, Morris, Benker, Fryfogle.
DL - Lose McCray, Gooch, Hoff, Meminger. Return Sykes, Barwick, Bowen, Robinson, Stringer, Johnson, Stallings, Harris. Also have Bryant, Minor, Reece and Beery.
LB - Lose Scales and Covington and Willis. Return McGinnis and Jones. Also have Burnam and Allen.
Corner/Safety/Husky - Lose Fant, Dutra, Fields, Thompson. Return Ball, Green, Crawford, Riggins. Also Brown, Cook, Walton, Bryant, Burgess, Fitzgerald, Hunt and Layne. All speeds and sizes.
I feel OK about that offense.
I worry about the front 7 on defense, but like Ball getting back and see some DL potential. LB is a worry.
