Log in through the public library computer which has a different IP? Maybe? Better so, you are a hacker, how would you do it? Work it in reverse, if you wanted to do what he says, how could you pull it off?
The moderation on the WC is exceptionally fair. I personally have gone way out of bounds mother f*cking liberals on this board, and the posts stand. The thread at issue was created with the expectation of boundaries - no politics; just a recounting of war stuff so that it doesn't devolve into the same partisan crap as every other thread. There are countless other threads to blame Biden/Trump or anyone else.
It's simple enough. Use a different location like you suggest, or simply cycle your modem and grab a different IP from your ISP. Which is why winners' claim is so stupid. If they wanted to block him, Rivals would just disable his account.

There are millions of nut jobs on both sides on the CNN, Fox, MS NBC forums in which to debate. But again, that’s just my opinion. As a libertarian, I ask that my opinion is respected, while I respect the opinions of others. However as you can see in this thread, there are certain people who respect no opinions but their own.

I think you've got it backwards. The mods claim they CAN'T block by IP. That was suggested time and again on the bball board to deal with ordfan and his continually changing handles.
As a libertarian, you should be good with letting The Hoosier have a forum for political discussion, or not. You're not required to participate.
I think this thread started on some other board. But I agree if I was posting on one of the other forums I wouldn't want it poisoned with political posts either. As for your last sentence, if all the woodpeckers on the WC were eliminated there wouldn't be a WC. But I can tell you to the extent Goat moderates this board he does so very fairly

that said, i do often post from a prospective pretty much no one else does much.
regardless, it's happening, and why is it happening should be the primary question here.
has anyone else ever been locked out of all of Rivals from signing in through IP identification, which is what's happening here?

You made the wrong liberal mad. Same thing happened to me I was not speaking the proper liberal approved lines so like Twitter you get shut down. Only certain speech is approved.
