Would you take up arms to oppose an illegitimate Trump third term?

I’m taking my minion to the boat show this weekend. It’s ironic as he’s why I’ll never be able to get a boat
Don't give up hope

Yep. After her third cosmo she finally talked herself into banging an older gent in a quarter zip and new balances, but Brad had to f#ck it for a good debate “W”.
He’s been pretty Mia from the board too. Wouldn’t you just love to get a look at his phone. Mercy. Like a ticking time bomb. Well I hope he’s using his brain.

I’ll never forget what I did. Like a dumb fck. I was pretty certain I was going to let it fly and I got to thinking that that crowd 20 years younger can’t like all this hair. So I took all my shaving cream and two razors and shaved everything off! Lower back patch. Nuts. Chest. Everything!!! When I got done I was like a fcking bullet!!!

Just as I opened the curtain my ex wife walked in “why are you tak ing. So. What the ****?!!!!!!!

Actually I’d probably move to the U.K. and get season tickets to Man U and visit every stadium. I’d also travel routinely to see Barcelona and Lamine Yamal win multiple champions league titles. I’d move to Barcelona but they hate Americans.
As an aside, you seem to be posting from a good mental space lately. If that is true, I am happy that you are having some clarity in your life, very happy for you sir.

Picnic table goes in the water. You go in the water. Shark is in the water. Farewell and adieu to my fair Spanish ladies

I thought you were a lawyer...? What ever happened to Professional Courtesy?!?

For the youngsters out there the joke goes something like this (I never can remember a complete joke so feel free to edit as needed):

There were 3 guys in the water after their fishing boat went down off the Keys...: A doctor, a teacher, and a lawyer... A shark ate the doctor and the teacher after which his pal asked him why he didn't eat the lawyer... "Professional Courtesy" says the Shark...😉😎🤣😎

I know this is a bizarre hypothetical, but I just talked to a very intelligent, very progressive friend now in Seattle. She insists that Trump will seriously try to stay in office after his second term and that he is already laying the groundwork for it (without a Constitutional amendment). I pushed back, but eventually said I would take up arms to prevent that, if need be. As I reflect on it, though, I'm not sure I would--maybe I would leave the country?

I don't know, but thought I'd ask the group. I'm particularly interested in seeing what our MAGA supporters' responses are. By illegitimate, I mean the Constitution doesn't change and the SCt doesn't rule that a third term is legally possible.
Lots of free riders in this thread. More likely he has Don Jr run but calls all the shots. Or that Elon guy who may or may not have IT access to nuke systems tries to take power.

A) she's not as intelligent as she might seem

B) none of us would need to take up arms because the very people who've been identified as just a bunch of sycophants and bootlickers who currently work for him would band together and throw him out on their own...

Non-issue.... but if it truly worries her I'd suggest she renounce her citizenship and move to her favorite other country...(Just to get ahead of the crowd)... I would have said Canada but since they may soon be our 51st and 52nd states that's probably a nonstarter... 😉🇨🇦🤣 The UK seems to be a Hollywood favorite these days...
Spent 4 months is Seattle

Has to be the most depressing place in the country.

No wonder she's ready to kill herself.

Death by militia..

I think it's a sign of the change in culture that more people haven't answered yes to this question. I think the results would have been much different 40-50 years ago.

If it was 40 or 50 years ago, maybe us old fvcks would answer differently.

If Trump tried to pull a coup and install himself as President For Life or whatever, I think people would take notice and react vigorously. Like 9-11, that would be viewed as an attack on the country. People stepping up after 9-11 wasn't ever in question.

Different. Feels like gov. But still us. 911 was an outsider. An invasion. Not us. Not remotely similar

Trump doesn't have Brownshirts, and it would take something like that to pull it off. Also, the DOJ, DOD, FBI, and the courts would have to allow it to happen. It seems inconceivable, but I'm no longer surprised by anything he might try. He tried to overturn an election with a mob once, so...

The Proud Boys and Oath Keepers and the pardoned J6ers could become the private force that he would need, and the sycophants he's installed in the aforementioned agencies might just hesitate long enough to allow him to seize power.
So, do you think it's Pam, Pete, or Kash that would be the one to push back on the idea?

I think they would all hesitate just long enough to allow things to get really really ugly.

If I had to pick one that might stand up to Trump, I'd go with Pete... after he'd had several snorts to get his courage up.

Or it is asking liberals as they are most likely to oppose it on multiple grounds. If you asked it of Obama in12 the numbers would have been very different.

Be serious. Your’s had a pergola, the luxury edition.
That would have been a much better decision (except for the center of gravity part), than the 35hp out bored that a buddy donated. But that also, totally screwed up the center of gravity vrs the thrust.
When I said it was awesome, I really didn't mean in a successful way! Depending on how you measure success, of course. :)
Thank god that parts of the white river west fork, are only 6" deep in July. PARTS of it!

This may be the dumbest post ever on this site. Will never happen. Progressive from Seattle. 😂😂😂. That’s redundant.
