What makes it worse is that not only did he not delete the tweet, he’s doubled and tripled down on it. The epic ratio is bad enough, but his tweet is making news on a lot of financial news sites.
That's not a surprising tweet. The inflation that's going on right now is a Schiff wet dream. He's getting a ton of new eyeballs out of it.

Someone needs to punch him in the nose live on set and bitch at him for disrespecting America by having blood on his suit.

I saw your headline and immediately knew what tweet it was. Schiff is such a blowhard, attention-seeking pile of excrement. I found some of his trolling of OWS amusing, but he's been wrong for over a decade (longer than Zero Hedge for those keeping score) about his predictions of catastrophic economic collapse and rush to gold and hard assets.
There is a reason he manages something unimpressive like $16 million (AUM).
His grandfather was a Jewish immigrant from Poland, should have taught his son better. Alas, both the dad and son have been accused of various tax schemes and frauds.
