The NCAA needs to attack the back down problem. The NBA had a time that was a common event and I quit watching. Watching 8 players stand still as one guy tries to sumo his way in against another is BORING.
If the defender is set, and not flopping, what differentiates it from a conventional charge? Is it the speed, does that mean slow players can charge at will? Is it the fact the offensive player is backwards, does that mean acrobatic players can turn around in mid flight and collide backwards and avoid a charge.
