Why are some of you politicking so hard for ARE?

ARE is the most electrifying player I’ve ever seen play for us. But he hasn’t earned the same level of respect from a coaching perspective just yet.

In fact, I’m not so sure he has earned a seat at the table as a coordinator.

Agree. I guess it could be a lottery win, but with similar odds. Way too risky. Hire a proven successful Head Coach.

I would love to have him on the staff, He has a lot of energy and I feel he would motivate his players. I don't know if hr is ready to be a head coach, but position coach and an assistant OC if there is such a thing.

I'd be OK with that, especially if he had aspirations to get into college coaching.
