When are TV times released?

In particular, I'm looking for when we'll find out when the IU/Maryland game is gonna kick off.

I'm trying to plan something to get the Auxiliary RV lot rockin before or after the game, depending on times.

Typically no later than 12 days before so you should know by Monday Sep 16.

Unless we stay undefeated till the Nebraska game, I'd wager that all our kickoffs will be at noon. There are too many other good games to have them pick us for the 3:30 slot. If we are 6-0 heading into Nebraska then I could totally see us getting the 3:30 kickoff. If they're also undefeated, then the 7:30 slot might even be in play. Beat Nebraska and our schedule is filled with games that are attractive to the networks to move to 3:30 or possibly 7:30. 7-0 with UW coming to Bloomington would look good to move to 3:30. If we are somehow 9-0 with UM coming to Bloomington, I could totally see that 7:30 slot for the game. Getting kickoff times that aren't at noon eastern requires winning and having a matchup that the TV folks look at and want to feature in a better time slot. 1st world problems for sure, but problems I hope we start having as soon as the Nebraska game.
