so much as one captured Russian soldier.

an interview with a captured Russian soldier on what they were told coming in, and what the general mindset is of the other Russian forces, and what they are hearing from back home, would be most enlightening.

That’s not really legal.

Not true.

Have seen a number of videos of captured Russian troops.

still waiting for that link.

exactly where did you see these interviews of captured Russian soldiers, and why isn't the media showing them.
Is your google broken? There are plenty of reports.

One of these links is from 16 days ago. I don't speak Russian, so I'm assuming the translations are indeed what's being reported.

Did any of them say "ya golodnay" (or something like that)? It means "I'm hungry," and is the only Russian I remember from my junior high Russian class (6 weeks worth).

would have been a lot more powerful seeing/hearing it come from the horse's mouth, but i can also see how it could be a death sentence for the prisoner, or put his family in danger.

a printed account of what is being said doesn't carry 1/100th the same impact as a video with audio, and a printed account is much more easily dismissed.

as i've said before, not sure getting the truth out to the Russian people ASAP isn't mission one in ending this.

just some of the Russian people knowing isn't enough, we need them all to know.

and they need to know Putin is threatening nuclear war.

threatening nuke war will get the Russian people's attention a lot quicker than just what's going down in Ukraine, and everyone's attention, even Putin's loyalists.

we need a million, 2 million, 3 million, protestors in Red Square, not a thousand.

enough that Putin's generals feel empowered and safe to act.

I agree, including how it could be quite dangerous for the identity of the Russian prisoners to be revealed.

I do think Putin's nuclear threats have been rather vague. One would hope that photos of the devastation in Ukrainian cities would be enough to turn the tide of Russian opinion. Then again, that tide may have already turned to some extent but is still being held back by the fear of arrest or other reprisals from the Russian government.

Perhaps one solution, as unpalatable as it would be, is to figure out a way for Putin to step aside with a guarantee that he be allowed to live safely in exile somewhere. While that seems rather archaic, what good is a victory for Ukraine if it immediately leads to a civil war in Russia?

If one cares to find a lot of what is happening. the Tic Toc app live feed is
a good source. Many many feeds from UKR.

You appear to be ****ing helpless, or terminally lazy...

Why isn't 'the media' showing them??
