Does he honestly think he's done a good job the past 3+years? Does he truly feel the program has progressed under his watxh? That it's better now, than it was ?

He said when hired, it was to compete, win B10 titles/national titles. But he hasn't Come remotely close to either.
He was part of the, 'need an IU guy" posse. How would he feel if this was happening under another former IU guy? Does being a former player buy that much time? Come with so much entitlement?
